Having purchased 75-80K worth of products from Bryant Polaris over the past few years, I thought I was a good customer. Found out yesterday, not the case. Bart is interested in SELLING you products, but when something needs maintenance, you can forget it. Customer service is not in their vocabulary. ... Two examples: needed a boot on the front end of a Polaris wheeler. Wanted to do it ourselves, dropped by and just asked for 5 min of their time to show us and give a tip or two on installing it. Didn't have the time of day for us. Would not even show us where to start. Next example: purchased a 25K bike in April of this year. Have had battery problems, squeaking issues on the cab, and the key switch fell out in the floor. The bike is 400 miles away at the camp. Tried to get him to ship parts and or call and help me out with a dealer up there, you know just simple customer service, Said he could ship the switch but would not cover shipping on battery, after 30 minutes of trying to convince him he COULD ship a battery. Would not make any calls to help me. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! If you want a good price and no customer service, this is the place to go. I will not ever go in there again. Lesson learned.
